The Delta State Commissioner of Police, CP Abaniwinda Olufemi has said operatives of the Eagle-Net’s Special Squad have arrested a fifty-four-year-old woman, Efe David with one hundred and seventy-five, 175 live cartridges.
The Police boss disclosed this during a press briefing at Asaba.
He said the suspect, an indigene of Oria-Abraka Community in Ethiope-East Local Government Area was arrested during a search in a commercial Sienna by the Police during a routine patrol along Asaba/Ibusa road after the Police flagged down the vehicle.
According to CP Olufemi, “Suspect is in custody and the investigation is ongoing.”
