Stop All Propaganda:Kayode Ojo Preaches Peace Among Aspirants

The Kayode Ojo Campaign Organisation, (KOCO) has advised aspirants on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the January 2022 primaries to play politics with maturity and decency, devoid of campaign of calumny.

In a statement signed by the Director if Media of the organisation, Alhaji Deji Ayelabowo, urged the campaign team of the the immediate past Secretary to the State Government, Mr Biodun Oyabanji to stop hanging on the good reputation of other aspirants to sell their preferred aspirant.

The statement particularly make reference to the rumours making the rounds that two aspirants, Messrs Makinde Araoye and Demola Popoola had stepped down for Biodun Oyebanji, the news described by the duo as fake and irresponsible.

Araoye, is the Special Adviser to Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State on Federal Matters, while Popoola is an
Aviation expert and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Emmanpop Ventures, and had expressed interest to contest the January 22, 2022 primaries of the APC in Ekiti state.

Ojo, who is an engineer by profession, a successful businessman and an entrepreneur, advised all aspirants to go to the field if they are sure of their popularity, rather than handing on other aspirants to boast their ego, saying such cannot help such aspirant.

According to the statement, the best person to succeed Governor Fayemi must be a man with track records of achievement in the economic sphere who has cut a niche for himself as an outstanding achiever with a Midas touch.

“Looking at the plethora of candidates joggling for the governorship position in Ekiti State, the one who parades credible credentials that make him look fit for the onerous job is Engr. Kayode Ojo.

“Kayode Ojo is an economic Guru who has successfully navigated the global economic landscape and brought home many laurels,and presently prepared to bail Ekiti State out of economic stagnation with a view to improving upon the indelible legacies laid by Dr Kayode Fayemi.

“Kayode Ojo is a grassroots politician who has been very visible on the political horizon in Ekiti state for a fairly long time and has never wavered or faltered in his devotion to the cause of the All Progressives Congress.
