FAAN And Customs Clash On Twitter

Two Federal Government Agencies  The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria and the Nigeria Customs have clashed on Twitter over claims the operatives of the latter got access to restricted area.

In a statement issued on Monday, FAAN had accused a customs officer of forcefully gaining entrance into a restricted area.

Reacting via it’s verified handle, Customs said, “Saying that a gate is restricted to Customs in an international cargo airport shows lack of understanding of NCS roles.

Could it be that the gate is being made available for Smugglers?”
