JMG Installs 29m³/min Kaeser Compressed Air System to Boost Mamuda’s Production Capacity
The industrial solution provider says the new system will deliver reliable, efficient compressed air to support Mamuda’s manufacturing operations and future expansion.
JMG Limited, a provider of integrated industrial and electromechanical solutions in Nigeria, has completed the installation and commissioning of a high-capacity Kaeser compressed air system for Mamuda, delivering approximately 29 cubic metres of compressed air per minute to support the manufacturer’s production operations and future growth plans.
The project, executed through JMG Industrial, the company’s specialised air compressor division, involved the design and development of a new compressed air infrastructure tailored to Mamuda’s operational requirements.
According to JMG, the project went beyond equipment supply, adopting a systems-engineering approach that began with a detailed assessment of Mamuda’s compressed air demand, operating pressure, air quality requirements, storage capacity and projected production needs.
The assessment informed the design of an integrated system intended to deliver consistent air pressure, reliable performance and operational efficiency across the facility.
The installation comprises two Kaeser CSD 90 compressors, one CSD 130 compressor, two TE 122 refrigeration dryers, a 2,000-litre air receiver tank, line filtration and ECO-DRAIN condensate management components.
The three compressors collectively deliver approximately 29 cubic metres of compressed air per minute at an operating pressure of 8.5 bar. The configuration includes two 45kW compressors, each rated at 8.45m³/min, and a 75kW unit rated at 12m³/min.
The refrigeration dryers, each rated at 16 bar and 12.5m³/min, are designed to help maintain the required compressed-air quality for Mamuda’s manufacturing processes.
Speaking on the project’s completion, Rao Preetham, Service Manager at JMG Limited, said the system had undergone comprehensive commissioning and performance testing.
“The Kaeser compressed air system has been successfully commissioned and passed all final tests. We are confident that the installation will provide Mamuda with a reliable and efficient source of compressed air to support its production machinery and future operational requirements,” Preetham said.
The installation was completed on July 24, 2026, followed by final commissioning and testing to verify system performance, pressure stability and operational readiness.
