His early ambitions were set against a backdrop of traditional studies in Banking and Finance at Obafemi Awolowo University, a course he embarked on with determination. However, his passion for the cinematic arts soon took center stage. Facing financial hurdles and the lack of sponsorship, Adewale made the bold decision to step away from a conventional academic path in favor of pursuing his true calling: movie making.

His career in the dramatic arts began in first movie were he appeared Vuga by Segun Arinze 1997-1998, when he joined the theatre under the guidance of the esteemed Bar. Adekola Shakirullahi. This early exposure to live performance not only honed his acting skills but also imbued him with the discipline and artistry that would later define his screen presence.

The world of theatre served as a fertile ground for his budding talent, providing him with a solid foundation and a deep understanding of storytelling—an understanding that is critical in both acting and directing.

Never one to rest on his laurels, Adewale later returned to the academic sphere, this time to sharpen his craft in film. He pursued professional certification at ITSF College of Cinematography and further expanded his expertise by earning a certificate in Screenwriting from FAMU International. These credentials not only validated his commitment to his craft but also equipped him with the technical skills necessary to bring complex narratives to life on screen.

In his burgeoning career as a filmmaker, Adewale has already made significant strides. He has produced three films, each marking an important step in his creative journey. His first film, Kristi Oje, is already available for audiences on YouTube, offering a glimpse into his unique storytelling perspective. The anticipation continues to build with his other productions, Ejire Ijogbon and Tanwa (Wanted), both of which are eagerly awaited by fans and industry insiders alike.

Currently, Adewale is channeling his creative energy into his latest project, Omo Landlord. This upcoming crime comedy, powered by Okikifilms Production, promises to showcase his versatility as a filmmaker, blending humor with the intricacies of a crime narrative. As he continues to explore and experiment with different genres, Adewale remains committed to pushing boundaries and telling stories that resonate with a diverse audience.
